WWE 2K17 patch adds Long term Stars DLC support together with, er, fixes Kane’s frizzy hair

2K has dropped a different bumper patch with regard to WWE 2K17, just in time for Christmas.

The massive news is that it incorporates support – i.orite. character models – to the already announced Future Stars DLC pack, covering Austin Aries, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Mojo Rawley along with Tye Dillenger. There’s no way to in fact unlock those personalities yet – presumably those is awaiting The and Microsoft approval – but expect to be ready to do so imminently, perhaps as early as next week.

Other fixes comprise Kane, who Big Present recently told GR+ wears hand protection smelling of yak beef, no longer having issues ‘up top’ [“Kane’s frizzy hair will now layer total his masks whenever equipping his conceals in WWE Creations”], Michael Cole mentioning wrestlers by name while in the build up to Universe fits, and the ability to yourself trigger the cycle wrestling mini-game.

Indeed, the official plot notes list 41 overall changes, and are also therefore well worth a new read.

WWE 2K17 is out now in PS4, PS3, Xbox Just one and Xbox 360.
